Basic Package $350.00 *

Basic package includes:
1 home page plus 2 additional pages, up to about 4 screen lengths per page.
Choice of background color or Image
Choice of font (from available ones)
2 scanned images
E-mail links on all your pages.
Up to 10 hyperlinks.
Designed and uploaded to your existing site.

Extras
Custom background, starting at $30.00
Assistance in obtaining and setting up a site, $10.00
Additional scanned images $1.50 each
Additional hyperlinks $1.00 each
Additional pages $20.00 basic design

Prices may vary when more complex items are added, for example, forms, frames, shopping carts, animations, javaScript, etc.
Page maintenance (up to 10 changes per month) to EXISTING pages $10.00 per month, if paid monthly.
Other maintenance, (not having a monthly account) charged each time $2.00
Submission to search engines (like Yahoo, Lycos, etc.) $10.00 for 15 submissions. (NO GUARANTEES) Each search engine accepts websites using their own standards.
Pages set in frames are available. Each frame is considered one page.

Payments are to be made by personal/business check or money order. One half of the agreed upon price is due BEFORE any work is started. The balance is due when work is completed.

It can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to complete a page design from when I receive your text and ideas. Once this is complete and I upload it to your server, you then have the opportunity to make changes, if needed. I will make changes at no additional charge for 5 days from the date I notify you that the iitial set-up is complete so we can get it just the way you like it. After that, a maintenance charge will apply to any additional changes. Your satisfaction is important and all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product.

If, under the unlikely circumstances that we are unable to come to an agreement, NO money will be refunded.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, all work already started will be honored at the agreed upon price.
